Projects: Current, Finished, Fantasy and Wearing

Sherri:
Working on a top down V-neck sweater.
Working on Rainbow Socks out of Wichita Woolery (rebranded as Studio 316) Merino Fingering
Working on a V-Back Cardigan modifying Bookworm by Heidi Keirrmaier out of Brown Sheep Serendipity Tweed. (Sherri's Mom knit a Syrah by Tamara out of the same Brown Sheep Serendipity Tweed and the yarn washes up amazing!)
Fantasy Knitting - finding the perfect project for the Treasure Goddess Yarn Treasured Yak Toes in the color Amethysts in the Abyss
Fantasy Knitting - a Boo Knits shawl pattern with beads out of some mystery lace yarn (the yarn is new but a mystery because puppy Ryan at the tag)

Tamara:
Released the Prairie Winds Pullover pattern! Ravelry link here, Etsy link here
Her Blustery Cowl came out in the new Knit Picks book Serendipity: Luxury Knits!
Decided to make a ponytail version of the Hot Chocolate Hat in a bright, holiday red. Loves it!
Big pile of non-design knitting because knitting is how she deals with stress and it has been hard to concentrate: baby hat out of KP Felici in the colorway Mint Stash, first socks she's knit in years out of deep stash yarn, finally putting thumbs on mittens and finished the Entangled Boot Cuffs by Apiary Knits she started in November of 2018 form the 2018 Indie Design Gift-A-Long.
Made some progress on her replacement Sherri Pullover
Finished the body and sleeves on the DK Weight top-down cabled sweater. Knitting the sample sweater out of Knit Picks Gloss DK in a beautiful deep, dark teal.
Wearing lots and lots of wool!! Basic mittens, Aurora Hat, Hot Chocolate Hat, worn out Sherri Pullover, Salt River Sweater

Mulligan

Sherri:
Sherri is having trouble counting to four to keep track of the Eye of Partridge heel flap on a second sock. She's going to have to give in to 2020 and keep track on a note even though she'd normally be able to do it without any problems.

Tamara:
She needs a new box that closes and is cute/pretty for the family's winter gear. The basket she's been using for years no longer works because the middle cat now drags it all out and carries it around the house while shouting about the knitwear she "hunted" in the middle of the night.....usually around 3 am.

Sherri:
Watching Avatar:The Last Airbender series on CBS All Access.
Watching Star Trek: Discovery series on CBS All Access.
Watching The Queens Gambit on Netflix.

Tamara:
Watching the news! Making up rules to finish a task before rechecking the vote counts and headlines. The election was just called the morning of this recording and she's so flipping relieved to have Biden/Harris as our next president and vice-president.
Finished reading Vanishing Fleece by Clara Parkes.
Virtual college visits with the older teen.
Watched Know Your Yarn: Choose the Perfect Yarn Every Time by Clara Parkes on Craftsy/Bluprint.
Joined a book discussion group for How to  Be an Antiracist
Still lots of low FODMAP cooking. Favorite low FODMAP recipes she's found so far are: Cinnamon Rolls from scratch (it took a while to research, find and order the exact correct batter/flour to make this happen but it was worth the time it took to use the correct ingredient), Low FODMAP Chex Mix Snack (we found that name brand cereals matter to avoid some unwanted ingredients), Pumpkin Chicken Chili
